Interpreting results

Hello!

I'm struggling with a question that requires interpretation:

I have attached the question. It is Part 1 (e).

I would appreciate it so much if you could help me, please.

It's the probability that the random variable is between 2 and 10. I don't know what "every possible interpretation" could mean.

I was also wondering why the value from part b and c is identical? Could someone clear this up for me?

(b) and (c) are exactly the same question!

My guess: for b) get it from a table of normal distribution, while c) refers specifically to a graphics calculator.
