Parametric Equation, Osculating Curve

I'm having some difficulty with this question:
Give a parametric equation for an osculating circle in terms of c, T, N, and k.
c is the unit circle.

T is the unit tangent vector
N is the unit normal vector
k is the curvature.
τ is torsion

I was given this equation (matrix form):

d/ds(T N B)=(T N B) x (τ 0 k)
