determine arithmetic, geometrical or p-series

Greeting Mentor & Guru,

Help need to guide on how to solve the attached question on determine arithmetic, geometrical or p-series and determine whether each of the sequence is convergent or divergent by stating its common difference/common ratio/value of p. Million thanks.

n-th term is 3n/8

Arithmetic, divergent, common ratio 3/8.

The ratio of two consecutive terms isn't common, but the difference is, being 3/8.
