Greeting Mentor & Guru, Help need to guide on how to solve the attached question on determine arithmetic, geometrical or pseries and determine whether each of the sequence is convergent or divergent by stating its common difference/common ratio/value of p. Million thanks.

nth term is 3n/8 Arithmetic, divergent, common ratio 3/8.

The ratio of two consecutive terms isn't common, but the difference is, being 3/8.
