Identify relative extrema

A differentiable function f has a critical number at x = 2 and no other critical numbers.
f$\ ^ {\prime}\!$(1) = -3 and f$\ ^ {\prime}\!$(3) = 5. Identify the relative extrema of f at x = 2.

Thanks!
