Does the point lie on the given curve r(t) ?

Hello Math Community,
My question is whether the point lie on the given line r(T) or not.

I have attached my question and work.

Is my method correct?

if not what should be the steps I should do?

thanks ∞

Your method is correct, though all you had to show was that two of the t's weren't the same.

FYI: Your work uses the variable "t" and your post uses the variable "T." Math is case-sensitive. You should be using the same symbol for both.

Thanks Dan.

I'm probably done for the night, but I'm sure that someone will take a look at it.
