Best online source(s) for college-level math exercises with solutions

What are some online sources (ie websites, apps, pdfs, etc) with as many of the following features as possible?

• lots of math problems/exercises
• solutions with explanations
• level: Algebra/Trig up thru Linear Algebra & Differential Equations
• plenty of diagrams
• decent graphics
• no advertisements
• user-friendly
• free
• diagrams that interface with graphing sites (eg GeoGebra, Desmos, etc)

The list is in order of priority (for me) but none of the features is a deal-breaker on its own. There are so many sources with some of the features, it would be helpful to learn which of them have the most.

Please feel free to suggest/discuss additional features which I may have overlooked and I will happily add them to this list in the OP.

Also, it would be helpful to know of any review or comparison articles addressing this same topic.

Math Focus: Yet to find out.
Paul's online math notes cover a lot of these criteria.
