please help me with this confusing question??

hello guys , im kozhin
im new and i have a confusing question :\

so if u can please help me to solve it

if 1+1=5
2+2=20
3+3=45
4+4=80 , but why 80???

answer with an equation plz :\

It seems that your + is following the rule .
