Is it possible to play nonogram puzzle on the web with a computer machine (Non Human being) as well as with a Human being similar to chess?

Thanks

If the computer has been programmed to solve nonagram puzzles then, yes.

Since nonagrams, as other puzzles, are not generally competitive, I am not clear what you mean by "similar to chess". But yes, as long as a puzzle has clearly stated, unambiguous rules, a computer can be programmed to solve it.
