Matrix having Decimal numbers.

Can a Matrix have Decimal numbers?
Example : 3*3 Matrix having following Decimal numbers.
3.2,1.3,0.8,5.6,4.5,7.3,6.2,1.4,8.2

In case yes,Can we compute Inverse of a Decimal Number Matrix?
