Question Applying the Mean Value Theorem

Applying the Mean Value Theorem a= 1, b= 6 to the function in the figure below leads to c = 2 what is the equation of the tangent line at 2?

the points I have are (6,9)(2,8 )(1,5)

the answer I got was
4/5x + 24/5 but it was incorrect

i did
5-9/6-1 = 4/5

y-8=4/5(x-2)

which gave me my answer
i watched a few youtube videos on how to but im just getting more confused
