Newton's Method

For a system of non-linear equations, when taking the 2nd iteration, do we use the differentiated equations or the same original ones for forming the Jacobian matrix?

When you do the 'second iteration' you do the same thing you do in the 'first iteration', just using the result of the 'first iteration' as starting point.
