3 rules concerning function domains will let you answer this

a) $\sqrt{x} \rightarrow x \geq 0$

b) $\log(x) \rightarrow x > 0$

c) $\dfrac 1 x \rightarrow x \neq 0$

So for the first one it sholud be (4,\infty )
the second (-2;3)
the third (\infty )
fourth {\mathbb {R}} except -2

If you type \$\infty\$ or [math]\infty[/math], it will be shown as $\infty$.
