What is the highest point or points (largest y value) on the

I've played around with this a bit. Is it the points (0,5) and (3,5) right?

Are you given any more information, such as a point on the curve? This implicit relation has an infinitude of branches.

No. No points are given. I was wondering the same thing, but I know that the sin and cos graphs are bounded so the maximum y value can't be too high, right?

Is it supposed to be 3sin(x) + 5cos(x) = 0 instead?

Then there is no highest point, without knowing which branch to use.
