Rate of Change

Two roads intersect at right angles. A man stands 33 meters south of intersection, watching a cyclist traveling eastwards at 14meters/s . At what speed is the cyclist moving away from the observer, 4 seconds after passing the intersection?

Draw a diagram and use the Pythagorean theorem. Implicitly differentiate with respect to time t, then solve for the result you seek, then plug in the given data.
