Epsilon/Delta Limit Proofs

My teacher did not assign any homework on epsilon/delta limit proofs (idk why he skipped it)
But i still want to know how to do them. I am using james stewart's calculus: early transcadentals and it is horrible at explaining.
he assumes I am a grad student and doesn't explain much.

So does anyone know of a link or video that explains how to prove limits step by step and is very detailed?

Re: Epsilon/Delta Limit Proofs

Maybe you can give an example of a proof you don't understand ...
