Also, apologies for using "not" variables (x?, r?) as continuously changing, differentiable terms. If I recall correctly (and I probably don't because I never resolved this question the first time I took Calculus), "not" terms are used for variables evaluated at specific instances in time. I was trying to avoid confusing people with too many different terms.

Does anyone know where I can go to get this LATEX math system down? I'll bet it's in the board index...
