Function: Graph

When solving a graph, does it contain the same method as regular functions? Like for example, finding the input and output?

I believe there are four different ways to solving functions.
• Verbally (in words)
• Algebraically (by formula)
• Visually (by a graph)
• Numerically (by tables of values) <-- I have trouble with understanding that concept.

Although, when it comes to graphs, does that rule still apply? How would I begin solving this graph?
