How to solve * Plot a primitive of sin(x^3). in octave?

This is my question how to solve Plot a primitive of sin(x^3) in octave.
I don't know if you could help me.
Thank you very much.

I haven't used Octave, but I assume you would need to know how to
(a) set up the numerical integration of sin(x^3) (from, say, 0 to x) as a function of x, and then
(b) plot the values produced by that function.

Have you used Octave before or read its documentation?

Re: How to solve * Plot a primitive of sin(x^3). in octave?

First of all thank you very much skipjack.
I have read some documentation about Octave and I tried out some easy examples, I don't think it would be a problem to "write" it on it. My doubt is about what process should I follow inside octave to get it. I'm not sure if I have explained it clearly; my English isn't as good as it should be, sorry!

Check out this link:

http://www.gnu.org/software/octave/d...tegration.html

to get started with the process of numerical integration.
