Some help with Integrals

Imagine a rectangle with one of its corners in origo anywhere in the curve y=x^n. N is a positive integer.

a) What is the connection between the part of the rectamgle's area under the same curve and n when n is a even number
b) When n is an uneven number, in what area whould you place the other corner to get the same connection to be valid and whitch connection is valid otherwise?
