$\text{So, our triangle has area: }\:\frac{\sqrt{3}}{4}\,(2^2) \:=\:\sqrt{3}\text{ in}^2$

$\text{Therefore, the volume is: }\:\frac{1}{3}(\sqrt{3})(6) \:=\:2\sqrt{3}\text{ in}^2$
