Say a Orchestra of 1 Hour duration = 60 minutes.

Two conductors conducting a Orchestra.
1st Half an Hour - 30 minutes - Conductor 1
2nd Half an Hour - 30 minutes - Conductor 2

Or

Entire Orchestra of 1 Hour duration orchestrated
by two conductors in parallel.

Great idea. They could get the symphony over with quicker by adding more conductors.
