Solid hemisphere resting on an inclined plane

A solid hemisphere rests on an inclined plane so that a point on its curved surface is in contact with the plane.

1. Will the circular base of the hemisphere be vertically positioned?

2. Will the reaction on the hemisphere due to the plane go through the centre of the circular base of the hemisphere?
