Hello I am trying to create a truth table with the following formulas: ?(2,3,5,7)·(¬p?¬q?¬r) and ?(1,3,5,7)·(p?q?r) Can anyone help me how to make these? Is there also a way to write these formulas in a simplified way? Thanks for the help!

The truth table for the variables isn't hard at all but I am not sure what the carat (^) refers to or how you would multiply that with what looks like a vector?
