Boolean Algebra. HELP!

Use algebraic manipulation to prove that x OR yz = (z OR y) AND (x OR z) so essentially prove that x+yz=(x+y).(x+z)

I would have expected the latter part to read (z+y)*(x+z). Typo, right?
