Solving equation

Hi Guys!

Im wondering if you can help me, been a while since ive done this

I have this equation:
R=XP-JXP*JOBS/NRG-JNRG*JOBS

But i want to get JOBS where i know R

Ie, R=2

JOBS=??

I hope im making myself clear, any advise greatly needed

XP - R = JXP*JOBS/NRG + JNRG*JOBS
          = JOBS*(JXP/NRG + JNRG),
so JOBS = (XP - R)/(JXP/NRG + JNRG).
