Dividing Polynomials?

I'm on my last problem and I just dunno how to do this please help me :/.

6x^4 + 9x^3 + 2x^2 - 8x + 7
3x^2 - 2

How do I do this? I know how to some of the others but this one I keep getting fractions for some reason @_@.

Please explain?

If you've typed it correctly, it's not intended to divide exactly.
