How exactly do you read matrices. For example, I have the following matrix: I want to describe this matrix to a friend, but I don't have paper. How do I read this?

May be can read as following: That is 3 x 4 rectangular matrix (3 row and 4 column) with: first row is: 2 3 4 5 second row is: 8 7 6 5 third row is: 4 3 10 11
