Help me derive the formula

Please help me derive the formula for "h".

V=((pi*h2)/3)*(3R-h)

The "h2" is "h squared". I dunno how to make 2 a superscript.

This is the formula of spherical segment. Hope you can help me with this. Thanks a lot!

That's a cubic in h. To find out how to solve a cubic equation, consult an algebra textbook or use Google.
