need formula

i am a ticket broker and i need a formula to figure out what price i would have to sell my tickets at to make 30% profit.

example
i buy tickets for $130 stubhub charges 15% when the tickets are sold. what formula could i use to find out what price to sell these tickets so that after the 15% is taken off the sale i would have made 30% profit?

thanks
justin

Your explanation wasn't completely clear to me. If you increase $130 by 30%, you get $169. How is the 15% cut to a third party relevant? (If you want a price which becomes $169 after deducting 15%, just divide $169 by 0.85 to get $198.82 (approximately).)
