Looking for a formula

Hi everyone! I'm trying to find a formula. I've gotten a formula reduced to $y=c\frac{1}{(u)}e^u$, and I'm trying to solve for u. I looked at the Lambert W function, but that doesn't seem to help so much with the u in the denominator. If anyone can point me in the direction of a way to solve this, I would appreciate it very much! Thank you!

$-ue^{-u}\,=\,-\frac{c}{y}\,,$ and you can solve that using the Lambert W function.
