Exact value

How to find the exact value of (1+x^2)(1+x^3) for x=10^-3.

$\displaystyle [1+(10^{-3})^2] \cdot [1+(10^{-3})^3]$

$\displaystyle (1 + 10^{-6})(1+10^{-9})$

$\displaystyle 1 + 10^{-6} + 10^{-9} + 10^{-15} = 1.000001001000001$
