Finance problem

I cant figure out how to solve this problem:

When 60% of a number is added to the number,the result is 192.What is the number?

Here is another one: 70 percent of what number is 224?

N + 0.60N = 192 implies 1.6N = 192, so N = 192/1.6 = 120.

70% M = 224 implies M = 224/0.70 = 320.
