Two perpendicular chords divide the circle with radius of 13 cm into four parts. If the perpendicular distances of both chords are 5cm each from the center of the circle, find the area of the smallest part.

The smallest part has two straight sides of length 7 cm. It can be split into an isosceles rightangled triangle and a segment. Does that help?
