Assuming that all four labeled regions are disjoint, I get $\displaystyle 4= x + (x16) + (x11)$ but that yields a non integral answer. $\displaystyle x=\frac{31}{3}$ So the union would be $\displaystyle 4+(31/316)+(31/311)$ but this makes no sense.
