Simple Laplace Exercise Help!
I'm doing something wrong when splitting the fraction, but I can't understand what. Probably I haven't understood the method correctly. At the bottom of the image, you can see the correct answer after splitting the fraction (I got it from the solution of this exercise.)

The exercise asks us to do the reverse operation of Laplace transformation.

You initially proceeded as though no term with s in the numerator is needed, which isn't the case.

Instead, try including a Cs/(s² + 1) term. You should then get A = 1, B = 2/3 and C = 1/2.
