Inequality with Quotient

I'm working on this inequality where I have to put a test point table and so I picked (0,3) U (3, to infinity) cause the signs on the table for each coordinator is the same. Where am I wrong? What's the interva notation?

As a suggestion,

Find the points of equality:

$$\frac{x}{x+1}=3x\implies x(3x+2)=0\implies x=-\frac23,0$$
