I logged into edX. They have a go at your own pace course available that looked interesting: Arizona State University: MAT117 College Algebra and Problem Solving This is a step below precalculus and seemed appropriate. The initial assessment consists of a 30 question test to see what you know. There is a button to opt out of questions that you do not know. I had to hit that one a few times... At the end it lists what you have 'mastered' versus what is left to learn. Apparently from that quick assessment, I have 'mastered' 80 of the 419 topics, LOL. A bit gimmicky, but I will pursue it while looking to pickup an Algebra text from somewhere. Thanks for all the help all!! I will keep you posted, I am sure I will be back with questions.

$\dfrac{\sqrt{4x^2}\dfrac{1}{2\sqrt{4x^2}}}{4x^2}$ Take LCM $\Rightarrow\dfrac{\dfrac{2(4x^2)1}{2\sqrt{4x^2}}}{4x^2}$ $\Rightarrow\dfrac{2(4x^2)1}{2(4x^2)^{3/2}}$ $\Rightarrow\dfrac{82x^21}{2(4x^2)^{3/2}}$ $\Rightarrow\dfrac{72x^2}{2(4x^2)^{3/2}}$
