Do this data follow a normal distribution?

I have to find out wether the mean length of women in China in 1953 is significant larger than the mean length of men, using statistical hypothesis testing.

First of all, i had to find out whether these data are following a normal distrubution, but i'm doubting whether my conclusions are correct... Here is what i've got (see attachment). Are both variables normally distributed? Which hypothesis should I use? Thanks already!
