Finding value of using logarithm(Having prob with bar)

I am having problem in some questions

(1.23)(0.6975)/(.0075)(127 <it is whole divided

using logm-logn then then logmxlogn
somewhere in this question this step comes

.0899+bar1.8435-bar3.8751-3.1065

now the question i want to ask is that do i have to add the bar's digit together and simple together?
what do i have to do with bar's digits?
can anyone solve it and share step by step solution or at least tell me in what order do i have to add and subtract?
answer is bar2.9518
