Function problem

I have a question stating "The following set of points belong to a function:
Based on the set of points, answer the following questions:
a) what type of function does the set of points produce? Supply all evidence, you may want to use a table of values.

b) determine the leading coefficient of the function.

I have not been instructed on answering any question like this yet and my assignment is due very soon, please help and thank you.

The points all lie on the quartic y = -x^4 + 4x + 3x = -x(x - 4x - 3).
