Moment generating function to PMF

What is the procedure there?

I have a m(t)= _____ where,
p(x=1)=2/5, p(x=2)=1/5, and p(x=3)=2/5

but where do I go from here to find pmf, mean, and variance.

Re: Moment generating function to PMF

I got 2, and 4/5ths for the variance and mean.
