Transformations of graphs

The graph of function f(x)=ax+b is transformed by the following sequence:
A)*Translation by (1 2)
*Reflection in y=0
*Horizontal stretch, scale factor 1/3 relative to x=0
The resultant function is g(x)=4-15x. Find a and b .

I am not sure how to do this problem.
