How can I move a fraction to the bottom of a fraction

Say I have:



How can I make it look like:



I'm trying to figure out the algebraic rule(s) for this

I had meant without changing the value of the expression, but I read the problem incorrectly. It was just 'x' not '(1/x)' in the denominator, which makes much more sense.
