convex polyhedron

I have a sequence of 3 nested convex hulls in 3d. There is no a plane contained 4 points.
The outer hull consists of 5 points, the next one consists of 4 points, the last one consists of 4 points.

The hypothesis claims that there is convex polyhedron with 7 vertexes.

Please, can you suggest me any method to try to prove it. Thank you.
