Curvilinear triangle

On a plane X, x(u,v)=(usinv,ucosv,v) we have curvilinear triangle T, T={x(u,v): 0<= u <=shv, 0<= v <= a}, a > 0. I need to find surface, lenght od sides and angles od T. How does T look like?
