fraction division help

Hello,
Could you please help me to understand this fraction division?



how the values A,B,C and D were found?

That's one method (and often simplest). Another way (but harder) is to take four different values for s giving four equations for A, B, C, D.

For example, if s= 0, 4B+ D= 6. If s= 1, 5A+ 5B+ 2C+ 2D= 17. If s= -1, -5A+5B- 5C+ 5D= -3. If s= 2, 16A+ 8B+ 10C+ 5D= 42.
