X is a random variable with the following probability distribution. Value of X: 0 1 2 3 Probability: 0.05 0.20 0.70 0.05 a) What is the expected lamb numbers and what is the standard deviation? b) Suppose you have 2 ewes. What is the expected total lamb numbers? What is the variance and standard deviation (assuming independence between ewes)? What is the probability that you do not get any lambs? What is the probability that you get 6 lambs? Its the last two questions i have problems with: What is the probability that you do not get any lambs? What is the probability that you get 6 lambs?
