Range of values of x and y

Hi!

I need to find the range of values of x and y for which the expression on eash side of this equation are defined.

In(2-y) = In(x-1)+In(4-x)-x

Can anyone help?

For a logarithm to produce real values the input expression must be greater than 0.

So we have:
