Liam's father donates $6 per mile that he walks, plus an additional$20. If Liam walks 15 miles, what's total amount mother will donate? What would an equation be for both the mother and the father (individually)?

Let m be the miles that Liam walks, let a be the amount of the mother's donation, in dollars, and let b be the amount of the father's donation, in dollars.

Mother: a = 4m + 30

Father: b = 6m + 20.
