Compare experimental results

It s my first post here .I m not very into mathematics. But I m desperate for some answers. Sorry, If I dont express in a proper math way my question.

I need to find how similar are the results of one particular experiment and the results of another experiment based on different variables that are common for both experiments. Is there a single value that can tell?

I need to do the same thing for an outcome of experiment that I think is best expressed as an bivariate function that takes value 0 or 1 (f(x,y)=0,1) with domain of different size. What I mean is I want to find how similar or different are two functions of that kind.
